Kouign-amann, the Breton cousin of the croissant, is laminated yeast dough with butter and sugar that caramelises in the oven: crisp and caramel outside, buttery inside. Rare in Kraków; we bake it daily in small batches.

Yes. Website orders are for pickup at ul. Słowiańska 4 and need at least 2 days’ notice. You pay at pickup, by cash or card.

A selection of the daily menu is available for delivery through Wolt, Glovo, Pyszne.pl, Uber Eats, Bolt Food. Orders placed on this website are for pickup only.

What ingredients do you use?

Natural ones: real butter, cream and eggs from suppliers we know. We never use margarine or ready-made mixes. Ask us in the shop or by phone about allergens.
